APTET 2014 Result will be declared in the official website www.aptet.cgg.gov.in soon. AP Andra Pradesh Government  conducted  APTET Andhra Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test on 16th March 2014. APTET 2014 examination was conducted in two levels – Paper I and Paper II.

Around 4.5 lakh candidates have appeared for Andra Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test APTET 2014. As per the report issued by Andhra Pradesh Government APTET 2014 Paper I and Paper II were attended by 3,86,367 candidates, and 56,202 candidates had appeared for APTET 2014 Paper II.

Percentage of the Pass Mark is different from one category to another category.
The criteria for considering pass in APTET are as follows
  • Pass percentage for OC candidates is 60% and above.
  • BC candidates need to attain 50% marks and above as pass percentage.
  • For SC/ ST candidates pass percentage is same i.e. 40 % and above.
  • Along with SC/ ST candidates, pass percentage of Differently abled (PH) candidates is also 40 % and above.

Successful candidates in Paper I are eligible to take classes from Class I to Class V. Similarly, Successful candidates in Paper II are eligible to teach the Classes from Class VI to Class VIII. Candidates who had successfully passed in both the papers will get the eligibility to teach the classes from Class I to Class VIII.
